Our Foundation: LNKPWA is a Christian-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2017, guided by the principles of compassion, integrity, and service.

While our programs are inclusive and non-denominational, our foundation is rooted in faith-inspired values that honor the dignity, potential, and divine worth of every individual we serve.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE

NOT just house, but a home designed to THRIVE not SURVIVE.

ABOUT US  – At Lock‑N‑Key Peer Wellness Alliance, we provide more than housing — we provide a blueprint for rebuilding. Our transitional home in Kannapolis, NC offers a high‑end, structured environment designed for men who are ready to move forward with purpose.

We support formerly incarcerated individuals and those experiencing housing instability with dignity, respect, and a clear path toward long‑term stability. Our whole‑person approach integrates mental health support, career development, and community connection to help each resident rebuild with confidence.

We also recognize that many of the men we serve are navigating Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and co‑occurring mental health conditions. Our wraparound model meets them where they are, providing peer‑led recovery support, mental health services, and structured accountability within a stable, supportive living environment.

WE OFFER ALL-INCLUSIVE REENTRY SUPPORT

I founded this alliance because I believe every man deserves the proper tools to reconstruct his narrative. My commitment is deeply personal; having supported my husband through 10 years of mass incarceration and witnessing his successful transition, I knew I had to do more.

As a Certified Peer Support Specialist (NCCPSS), I bring professional expertise rooted in lived experience. After eight years of developing and testing my methodologies from the inside out, I am ready to serve as a pillar of support for our community—both locally and globally.

At LNKPWA, we don't just believe in a 2nd Chance—we believe in the intentional construction of a new life. With a Master’s in Business Management and my own journey as a registered trademark brand, I am here to help you move from 'returning' to 'thriving.' The house is the foundation, but the construction starts with YOU.
